As we are based in the North West of England most of our adventures take place here in the UK. Our UK adventures covers everything from days out with kids, theatre visits and hotel reviews. Our hotel reviews have a focus on locations that can sleep all five of us in the one bedroom.
We are National Trust members so we visit and review a lot of NT properties. Our children are 4, 7 and 10 and so our days out are always aimed towards something that will suit all three of them. This is a similar challenge when looking for theatre shows!
Torquay was the holiday destination of my childhood. We went almost every year when my sister and I were young and despite it being a home away from home, we never ran out of things to do. We have recently started to take our own children to Torquay for a Summer holiday and love it as much as we did when we were little. Here’s our list of the best family days out in Torquay.
