Visiting Beamish at Christmas has been on our wish list for years. We’ve had some great festive days out, including Chester Zoo Lanterns but we knew Beamish was going to be something special. In previous years the tickets sold really quickly so this year we were finally organised enough to book ahead. The Christmas At Beamish events run in the evening so we decided to go to Newcastle for the weekend so we could visit on the Friday night.
