We’re massive fans of the National Trust and Cheshire is home to two of our favourites. Tatton Park and Dunham are fantastic places to take the kids. Continue readingAfter previously visiting Chester Zoo Lanterns, we were interested to see Knowsley offer a similar experience. Enchanted Christmas at Knowsley Safari Park seemed to be a smaller version of what Chester Zoo offered and while don’t walk around carrying lanterns, the light up animals looks really affective. We therefore decided to book tickets to see how the two compared.

We’ve been aware of the Dunham Massey Christmas lights for a while now as they’ve been running since 2017 (and will be running again in 2020.)
