HotTea Mama Christmas Giveaway

While looking for the perfect festive gift for fellow mums, I was excited to come across HotTea Mamas. HotTea Mama produce a range of bespoke fine tea within the UK, using finely sourced natural ingredients. These gluten-free and vegan-friendly teas have been created specifically for pregnancy, motherhood, problem periods and menopause.

Who Are HotTea Mama?

HotTea Mama was set up by friends Bethan and Kate, the original HotTea Mamas. After meeting at university they felt inspired to set up HotTea Mama as a natural way to support women’s bodies through the various stages of their reproductive lives.

The Pregnancy Teas are specially designed to support a pregnant woman’s body throughout the first, second and third trimesters. There is tea to help with morning sickness and another to help prepare for labour. Meanwhile, the new mum collection has teas to give an energy boost or to help support breastfeeding.

For those struggling with periods, PMS, PCOS and/or endometriosis they have created teas that can be a great natural support to help ease cramping, moderate moods, balance hormones and regulate periods. There’s also a menopause kit which includes a nourishing blend along with iced tea making equipment for when hot flushes mean you can’t face a hot drink. They really have thought of everything!

As well as the individual tea sets that are available to combine as gift sets, there is also a special Christmas tea. Baby It’s Cold Outside is a caffeine-free mulled blend of festive fruits and spices – the closest thing to mulled wine when the real thing is off the table! Lemon and orange peel, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg provide a real festive feel.
