Your family and friends will probably tell you how loved, how valued and how appreciated you are and this is more than enough to give you the confidence boost you need. If you had a partner who happened to break your heart or if you have someone in your life who is constantly putting you down then this could be the reason why you don’t have any confidence. You can however change the way that you deal with it in the future, so try and focus on bettering yourself, change the way that you deal with those emotions and really take control of yourself. If you have some goals written down or if you know that you would like to go on and achieve something in your life then write it down. That way, when you are feeling shaken, scared or unconfident, you can easily grab that list and either try and accomplish a goal, or cross one off that you have already accomplished. The greatest confidence boost comes from when you have pushed yourself to try and achieve something, and this is a fantastic way for you to really go that extra mile when it comes to your self-development.
Other things that you can do include trying to take a painting class or even trying to push yourself with a hobby. If the dish turns out to be a huge success then this will really rocket the confidence that you have and it can make all the difference to the way that you see yourself as well.
